Our first encounter with Ray was extraordinary. Our air conditioner stopped working on a very hot day and we were desperate to get it repaired. I called around and was not able to get same day service until I called Ambient and spoke with Ray. He arrived the same day and expeditiously at that. When Ray arrived, he was dressed impressively and greeted us with great kindness and professionalism. He solved the issue in literally two minutes flat. We had cold air and it did not take all day. We asked if he thought we needed Freon and he checked reporting it was not necessary. I know that there are unscrupulous vendors out there that take advantage of people fleecing them and I am grateful that Ray demonstrates the character of a man of integrity. He could have falsely charged us for Freon, however he did not. A couple of weeks later the system was not pushing cold air I called Ambient and spoke with Ray again he let us know that he did not want us spending any unnecessary extra monies so he suggested we monitor it for the day and call him back if the problem persisted. It did. So I called him today and he came earlier than anticipated which was great! He cleaned our unit and educated us on what the additional issue was and fixed it. We are now happily enjoying a cool house and grateful to Ray. He is so professional, kind and knowledgeable. He shares his knowledge with great care and consideration. We are pleased to pay top dollar for top notch service. If you have HVAC needs call Ray ’cause he will save the day. To God be the glory!
